The North-East Trinidad District Executive Welcomes Pastor Bernard Joel Lee and His Lovely Wife Mrs. Michelle Lee to the Harlem Life Improvement Centre.
On Sunday, September 25, 2022, Pastor Bernard Lee was installed at the Harlem Life Improvement Centre. Having grown up in church, he rededicated his life to Christ at (21) twenty-one years, this time with full understanding and commitment. He matured within the ministry and served on the Church Board at Jesus Life Centre for thirteen (13) years. He recalls, Rev. Mario Layne prophetically speaking into his life, when fear gripped him because he never saw himself becoming a pastor. Not being academically inclined he encountered significant challenges along the way, communication being a hurdle to overcome. This was a complete paradigm shift for him. However, despite his fears, doubts, and qualifications, he felt the Call of the Lord upon his life and along with his wife decided to be obedient and pursue God’s calling. In 2008 he left his regular job and entered the doors of the West Indies School of Theology. He graduated in 2011 with a Diploma in Bible and Theology. Pastor Lee served in Evangelism for five (5) years at various points in Trinidad, St. Vincent, and Guyana. He also served as the Men’s Ministry President at Jesus Life Centre for one year. Pastor Lee served as camp chaplain for La Horquetta Gospel Foundation, Jesus Life Centre, and San Juan Nazarene Church for several years.
Pastor Lee has been serving as the Pastor of Harlem Life Improvement Centre, a Pioneer Branch Church of the Jesus Life Centre for the past nine (9) years. Pastor Lee has been married to Michelle Lee for twenty-six (26) years and they serve in Ministry together.
